πAt Malabar24.in, we take great care in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards. However, since we cater to both domestic and export clients, our return and cancellation terms differ slightly.
1. Domestic Orders (Within India)
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Customers must report any issue within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
After inspection, replacement or refund (as applicable) will be initiated within 7 working days.
Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.
2. Export Orders
Due to international shipping regulations, returns or replacements are not accepted after goods leave India.
Any quality or damage concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting proof.
Resolutions (partial refund or replacement in next shipment) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only if processing or packing has not started.
If cancelled after processing, a 10β15% handling fee may apply.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Export orders involving documentation, labeling, or certification cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
