1. Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • Customers must report any issue within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • After inspection, replacement or refund (as applicable) will be initiated within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.


2. Export Orders

  • Due to international shipping regulations, returns or replacements are not accepted after goods leave India.

  • Any quality or damage concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting proof.

  • Resolutions (partial refund or replacement in next shipment) will be decided on a case-by-case basis.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only if processing or packing has not started.

  • If cancelled after processing, a 10–15% handling fee may apply.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Export orders involving documentation, labeling, or certification cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
